I usually use a different brand of lip balm so this was my first time using this brand of lip balm and i found it just as good as my usual brand. And I was really impressed by this product and will start buying it as well.

I received a tube of this for free as part of the Product Review Club but this lip balm has been around our house for a lot longer than that. My husband brought it home two or so winters ago and I absolutely love it. It comes in a twist up/down tube like lipstick rather than the traditional lip balm tube. I like these style of tubes because I find the others tend to get grime from your pocket or purse around the cap and this style does not. The lip balm is very moisturizing and glides on easily. It is gentle on chapped or tender lips and has a lasting effect through eating or drinking. My favourite thing about it though is that it doesn't feel as though it is melting off your lips and down your chin making it feeling greasy.

While I received this as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club, I have used it before too. I really like it for several reasons, but do not find it to be the most moisturizing lipbalm out there, it is great for maintenance but not if your lips are really chapped.
It works well with lipstick and doesn't make it slide and isn't overly shiny. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, it is great in winter as it doesn't freeze and get stringy like some. It also doesn't look or feel waxy, which I hate but not overly oily too - the perfect consistency

J'ai recu ce produit Nivea gratuitement grace a Chick Advisor et j'ai adoré. J'ai aimé le gout du lipsil et il est très efficace car mes lèvres sont resté douce et hydrat. Je n'aime pas les lipsil qui change la couleur de mes lèvres et celui la ne la pas changé heureusement.

J'ai recu le baume pour les levres Nivea essentiel grace a Chick Advisor, j'ai bien aimé le fait qu'il reste très longtemps sur les levres, il rempli tres bien sa mission parcontre j'aurais préferer une saveur/parfum different, meme si il n'etait pas desagreable... L'enfant en moi prefere qu'il sente les fruits ou autre arome agreable.

Compared to other brands such as Eos, I preferred the way Nivea leaves my lips feeling. I also prefer Nivea to eos' packaging. I would probably purchase it again depending on the price in store, and I would recommend to friends!

This lip balm has been my daily go-to lip balm for years. NIVEA Essential Lip Balm is white in the tube, but it goes on completely clear. It applies smoothly and has minimal shine – just enough to make lips look healthy. This lip balm moisturizes well and can easily be worn under or over lip colour. Another bonus I discovered (while living in the arctic) is that it won’t freeze to your lips in cold weather as some lip balms do. Even at -60C, NIVEA Essential Lip Balm stayed pliable and protected my lips from the harsh elements. I have one of these balms in every bag I own and multiples floating around the house. This is a really nice lip balm. I do find if quite comparable to others I have used. I'm not sure it would be my first choice but it does get the job done well. My husband is the biggest user of lip balm in our family and he likes it. I will keep using until it is all gone to see final outcome but so far it is working good.

This is a great lip balm that goes on smooth without feeling too waxy or sticky. It doesn't absorb and moisturize quite as well as the Nivea creme but it is still effective and comfortable to wear. The packaging is good and there is a lot of product inside. I enjoyed using this product but I prefer tinted lip balms since my lips are often too dry for most lipsticks.

This lip balm is amazing! So rich and yet it goes on clear and literally gives 12 hour protection. At first I thought it would leave my lips white with how thick it looks but it goes on in a light layer and gives long lasted protection.
