I received this as part of the Product Review Club. I really enjoy the NIVEA Essential Lip Balm, it is silky smooth going on and leaves my lips soft and hydrated for quite some time. I would buy it again.

The Nivea Essential Lip Balm was definitely new for me. I was really impressed and will now only use this lip balm. My lips responded well, they felt moisturized and I felt as though I was protecting them when I used this product before going out.

I received the Nivea Essential Lip Balm to test as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I am very happy that I did. I absolutely live how kissable soft this lip Balm leaves my lips. It is a thick protective layer that I leave on over night and wake up with perfect lips. I like to use a bit under my lipstick during the day so my lips don't dry out. I will definitely buy this lip Balm when I'm done with the sample.

I have used similar products in the past, but have found that after trying this, it is among the best at this price point. We will definitely will buy this. My husband is also excited to try using it this winter while he is out snowmobiling, to keep his lips from getting dry and cracked.

Nivea is a brand known for it's quality, so I wasn't surprised at all by how effective & fantastic their Essential Lip Balm is. I always get dry & chapped lips in the Fall/Winter seasons, it's just become a fact of life for me. I've used almost every lip balm & chapstick out there, and most don't work as well as they should, require numerous applications in a short period of time & smell/taste awful! I was thrilled that NONE of that applied to Nivea's Essential Lip Balm. I started using Nivea's Lip Balm daily in the beginning of September and I have yet to get wind burned, dry or chapped lips. I only need to apply it (so far) twice daily & my lips are softer then they've ever been!! I also really enjoy the natural scent.. It's not overwhelming and if I happen to eat or drink after applying it, it doesn't change the taste of whatever I'm eating/drinking. I will definitely continue to use Nivea's Essential Lip Balm - I've already purchased one for my husband who works outdoors and also suffers from dry, chapped/wind burnt lips.

The cost is the same as many other brands but the quality is FAR superior!

I really liked this lip balm. I took it everywhere with me. It made my lips feel soft and my lips never dried out for the week. I used it by itself and under my lip stick.

Thanks to chick advisor to select me try all nivea products for free. I'm in love with this lip balm. I apply a few times a day and it makes my lips soft and feel great. Fits perfect in your pocket or purse and doesn't have a flavour to it which is a bonus. Definitely buying this. I recommend it.

I didn't find anything special about this lip balm compared others. It did work, but I found myself reapplying more often than I normally do. The tube was a nice and smooth to turn. This lip balm is basic. It is a good ol' lip balm that does not have any scent and it does not leave an oily or buttery layer of film on your lips.. This is perfect for conditioning your lips before applying lip glosses, lipsticks, lip stains, etc. I usually apply this in the morning then I would take some off and apply my lip stain. It works great because it prevents uneven color on my lips (lip stain picks up on dry spots like crazy).

The lip balm is nice. It glides on smooth and has a cute but not in your face sheerness to it. It moisturises my lips nicely too. I guess the only thing Im not thrilled with is how it cakes in the corner of my lips. That could just be me though.
