This lip balm smells good, is moisturizing, and does a great job of keeping my lips from getting dry and flaky. One of my favourite uses for it is as a primer for liquid lipsticks. The balm absorbs fairly well, so if I apply it early in my makeup routine, by the time I get to my lipstick, it has absorbed enough that I can apply liquid or bullet lipsticks on top without them sliding or moving at all. Even better, this keeps my lips from getting dried out by longwear or matte formulas. Going into deeper lip colours for fall, this will definitely be part of my arsenal.

I quite like this product. Made my lips smooth and soft, no dryness. Packaging and price point for this lip balm are great. I would definately use this product again.

Nivea lip balm glides on smooth, feel great and doesn't leave chunks or streaks on your lips....leaves lips looking smooth and glossy, goes over lipstick or without

Love this! This is my favourite lip balm has been for years. Other then having more variety of flavours, my only request would be to add an SPF as I spend a lot of time outside and that would be awesome.

I really loved this product. I dont often suffer from dry lips but I do like to keep them moisturized. This lip balm went on so smoothly and my lips felt soooo good. I will be taking this tube everywhere!

The packaging for this lip balm is nice and it is a fairly sturdy case. The balm is rich and creamy and lasts a while. It is not organic or pure, however I do enjoy the softness of my lips after its use.

I have tried a lot of different lip balms over the years, but this was the first time for Nivea. Thanks to ChickAdvisor, I got to try it for free! I liked this lip balm a lot. It went on smoothly, not thick, and soaked it quickly. After it soaked in, my lips felt soft and moisturised. My husband gets a lot of dry lips in the wintertime and I think he will be claiming this for himself.

The Nivea Essential Lip Balm is a wonderful product!! It goes on smooth and leaves your lips feeling moisturized and smooth. There is no smell which is an added bonus because no one likes a lip balm that leaves a taste. Thumbs up for this one!

I started needing lip balm again this month. It's September and still warm outside... Go figure. The nivea brand is pretty good as expected. I only need to use it once a day at most, which is pretty normal for me

This is the first time I tried the Nivea essential lip balm thanks to the Product Review Club. I however, did not like it too much. I did not think it moisturized my lips well. Smell is just okay. Probably wont buy again.
