Down with Mineral Oil ingredients that cause breakouts

I love Nivea & genuinely trust this brand. Love that their parent company is German, but my skin is broken out from the mineral oil in this product listed as the second ingredient. Maybe my skin is overly sensitive, but mineral oil is essentially baby oil which I think is chemical. This lotion is rich and very thick. Feels hydrating, but I honestly feel like it's superficial cause the next day, there is no long lasting softness. Got a smaller size of this for $3 at a grocery store chain, but I have to be very cautious with lotions cause it seems like all the name brands use this ingredient which makes my skin look awful. It's especially bad in the winter when hot showers (or baths) are a must. My skin gets super thirsty.

Very hydrating

I really enjoyed this lotion! It’s very thick, almost like sunscreen. But it was so hydrating! Even after it had been on a while! I highly recommend this product!

What what what this works

This is my daily product for dry skin especially in the winter time. My skin always look dehydrated directly after a shower and no matter what I put on it the dry look drives me crazy. I love the smell the feel and the price I have 3 bottle im using now

Perfect for very dry skin

Really rich, takes a while to sink in but very good for dry skin especially sensitive dry skin on legs etc.
Shop around for a good price though as can be expensive in some of the larger chemist/Beauty chain stores.

A must buy

My go to lotion for the past 15 years. Very affordable and keeps my skin hydrated & moisturized throughout the day. If you suffer from dry skin, I would recommend this particular brand.

Effective against dry skin

I've jumped on the Shea Butter, coconut oil craze of late and haven't been buying actual lotions. HOWEVER, while shopping, my hands felt dry so I immediately looked for a tester lotion to moisturize my hands. Luckily I picked the Nivea Essentially Enriched Almond Oil lotion. Not only did it eliminate the dryness of my hands, but even after washing my hands, I could still feel that a second counting of lotion wasnt needed. That was key to my going back to purchase it. Since then not only have I used it on myhands, but am using it for my entire body and my family as well.
