I can't tell if it works? It is okay!

A moisturizer for $4 (on sale) sign me up! I picked up the Sensitive kind and so far after about a month of usage I can't tell it does anything more than lotion! I notice no major differences. Perhaps I need to wait it out? So far considering the price I am not surprised. At least my skin is not left dry. I will try other products from this line but the sensitive skin moisturizer is still has a jury out for now.
