Did not meet my needs.

I have been searching for eye makeup removers that won't let me rub too much on my eye area and still remove my waterproof mascara. This did not do that. At first, it will look like all the mascara was removed but when I wash my face, I can still see smudge on my undereye and I havr to use it 2nd time around to completely remove the mascara.
