The idea is very counter intuitive, put on lotion just to wash it away, right away. This is the first time trying something like this so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It goes on like regular body wash, but I found it took a bit longer to rinse it all off as I wasn't sure what "rinse right away" really meant, it felt like it stayed on my skin for a while before I could rinse it all off. It does also make the shower floors a little slippery, kind of like when you rinse off conditioner, but I also feel like this has more staying power on my floors, luckily my shower floor is textured so this wasn't a big problem, I wouldn't want to use this in my ceramic tub though.

Once out of the shower, I could definitely tell my skin was smooth like I had already put on lotion with the soft cocoa butter scent so that is a major plus. My skin stayed hydrated throughout the day without additional lotion. I like the product but I'm on the fence on this one, I still need to go through all the motions of putting on lotion but with the extra step of taking more time to rinse it all off, and all the product going down the drain- since it says "rinse off completely" in a coupled different places on the bottle.

I'm ALWAYS rushing in the mornings so I never have time to apply cream. As a result, my skin is very dry in the winter and a little dry in the summer.
When I got this product, I didn't know what to think but let me tell you, this is a life changer for those of us that are always on the run.
It takes about 30 seconds in the shower to lather and rinse and my skin is SO soft afterward. It almost feels like I'm wasting the cream because I feel like it's all just washing down the drain. You also have to use a good amount to cover your body.
I do love it though - it means I get to have silky, soft smooth without spending so much time applying lotion.
Based on how much I have to use per application, the price would definitely impact if I would purchase again but I really enjoy it!

I am in love with this new product. My new shower buddy. Nivea in shower butter body lotion leaves my skin feeling quenched luscious and so soft. I now look forward to my showers and will definitely be purchasing this product in the future. Thanks Chick adviser for giving me the chance to try before I buy :)

What a great product. I loved being able to use this when it was cold outside. The whole family was impressed! It is definitely something that I suggest you try and use for yourself!

The idea of using a lotion in the shower seemed weird to me. But I was so impressed with this product. Not only does my skin feel hydrated and soft, it saves me the extra time for applying lotion. My skin is wet from the shower, rub on the lotion and pat dry when I get out of the shower.
Because of saving time by applying the lotion in the shower, I'm more likely to apply lotion to my skin. Now my skin is getting the extra attention it needed.
I would definitely repurchase this product and I would highly recommend it for others to try. You won't regret it.

Love this! It was great for after shaving my legs and moisturising my whole body, even hard to reach places like my back. I love that I was able to moisturize my feet during my shower and not have them slippery when I got out. I hate that! The smell was yummy too.

I really enjoyed this product! The Cocoa scent was very pleasant and the lotion was very easy to apply in the shower. After getting out of the shower, my skin felt smooth and hydrated. I'm really glad I found this product before capri season!

I liked the texture and feel of this product although I could have done with a more natural scent as I found it was a little bit too much "tropical-ness". I know a lot of times I don't like too much scent on my bath products as there are so many other things that are scented that people may use. It did seem to make my morning a little quicker as I would apply the body lotion, apply my conditioner to my hair and then wash my face and then rinse everything off all at once, saving me a moisturizing step afterwards.

The effectiveness was pretty good afterwards as well as I felt soft all day and not all itchy as sometimes happens in the colder weather.

It does seem to leave a bit of a film on the tub, tho', so be careful on your next shower :)

I received this product from Chick Advisor along with the other Nieva Products for review. I absolutely love this product, its applied at the end of the shower then rinsed off. It's non sticky and I didn't need to apply lotion after. It's very soothing to dry skin. My skin felt soft, smooth and moisturized all day. The smell is light and great. I will definately repurchase again. I do recommend this product.

This stuff smells amazing!!! Left my skin very soft and smooth. It hydrated very well and lasted until my next shower even in the cold winter. I didn't need to put extra cream on after the shower which is a great time saver!
