Not what I was hoping for

I was really excited to try this lotion after seeing the commercials. I was excepting silky smooth skin but honestly once its rinsed off I feel no different. I tried leaving it on a little longer but it started stinging. I will finish the bottle not to waste but I would buy it again.

In shower body lotion was an interesting combination to me.
Of course, I love the idea of having one less thing to do when I get out of the shower.
However, what a safety hazard! It made the floor of my shower super slippery.

I received a sample of this product from Nivea. The idea is good, the execution however not as great, in my opinion. Unless you are really short you need a lot of this product to moisturize yourself. If you live in a cold region prepare to stand away from the shower while putting it off otherwise it just slides off way too quickly and you don't get an even spread. The parts of me that were moisturized were surprisingly moisturized after I got out of the shower but it still not the same as good ol'fashioned moisturizers.

I really like the idea of this product and was hoping I'd be a fan of it. The scent was lovely but unfortunately I didn't really find it as moisturizing as applying body lotion.

I like the idea of getting my moisturizer while in the shower, but this product is too slippery to use on my feet which means I need a separate product to moisturize my feet afterwards. I had to use a lot in order to get well moisturize do making the cost a little high compared to other moisturizers. I also found the scent to be too strong for my taste. I ended up with a headache from this product.

Well I've been using this product for a few weeks. I find that it does go on very easy and quickly. I feel like I need to use way more than I would though if it were a different lotion. My skin is ok smoothwise. Not great, but not dry either. I'd like to see it have a bit more moisturing power as it promised.

I really wanted to like this product, but I didn't. I received it for free to try and I just hated how it made my skin feel. It felt like it left a layer of something kinda of sticky after my shower. It smelled amazing, but I prefer to put my body lotion on after my shower, not during. I threw the rest of the product out because I really didn't like what it made my skin feel like.

NIVEA is normally one of my favourite brands for shower gels, moisturizers, and skin care. I'm not a fan of the In-Shower Body Lotion line... I felt as if it left a "film" on my skin that was water repellent. The scent is nice, but doesn't last and does not overpower 'daily stink'. I didn't feel very clean after using this, and I felt as if I was in a weird, invisible suit of lotion. Very hard to describe. Do not recommend this product, but definitely other NIVEA shower gels and lotions!

I like the Nivea In-Shower Cocoa Butter Body Lotion. It has a nice light scent and you feel moisturizers after using it. I have really dry skin especially in the winter so it was nice but I would have liked a deeper moisturizer. I usually use my regular body lotion in-shower so unless they came up with something even more moisturizing I would probably just stick to my regular body lotion.
