I received this as a sample and although the product seemed good enough I prefer to use a cream after the shower. I found it not as effective as using a moisturizer after drying off.
I received a sample of the #Nivea in shower nourishing body milk to try and from there have derived this review. The texture of the body milk is a bit syrupy and I was concerned it would leave me feeling sticky when I was finished. I also accidentally used the body milk as shampoo. However after both my hair and skin were quite soft. I'm not a multi tasked in the shower I don't mind taking my time and thusly would recccomend this body milk to those pressed for time and or dry skin. I may or may not purchase again as there are other products, in the Nivea line I prefer.
I used this at a friends house!! The concept is neat! Apply in the shower and rinse off. It left my skin super soft to be honest. The only thing that kinda put me off is that its another step to take in the shower (I'm big on time management and keeping showers short!). I used it after washing my body, which wasn't all that bad, because I had conditioner in my hair the whole time, and after applying it everywhere and rinsing it off, my hair was soft too :p
Would I buy this? Yes.
Price wise its cheap, and its effective. Honestly, after one use my skin was so soft.
Would I recommend this? Yes. Especially to someone who has super dry skin.
I love Nivea products, they all seem to work great and leave your skin so soft!!
This is a really interesting concept that at first had me questioning it a little bit. Why not just make an extra-moisturizing shower gel? Why bother making a "body milk" or a "shower lotion"? But I got a few samples of it and decided to try it out. I actually quite liked it, but thought that the texture was a little bit weird in the shower. It really was kind of like applying a shower gel meets lotion, and made the floor of my shower a little bit more slippery than I would have liked. But it left my skin feeling soft and it smelled lovely, so all in all I'd give it a thumbs up.
Ummm guys? I LOVE this product. First of all, the smell is divine. I can't describe it but it's like a lovely subtly floral scent, that doesn't smell like old lady and is not too overpowering. So the pros are definitely the scent and also how soft it leaves my skin. The con is only that I feel I have to use a LOT of this product to actually feel a distinct softness to my skin after the shower. But still, it's worth it and I love not having to moisturize after my shower, and just doing it while I'm in there! I usually turn the water off, rub it all over and then rinse off with warm water. I'd be interesting in trying other similar products, if there are any out there. I'm all about saving time where I can :D
I received a sample of this from Shoppers Drug Mart and I was very impressed with this product. I was a bit skeptical at first but it worked great at leaving my skin feeling soft and moisturized after showering. My only complaint is that i wish you did't have to rinse it off after applying but other than that it was a great product and I plan on purchasing the full size1
My winter helper!! Normally I don't really use Nivea product until I found this in-shower one. It is so GOOD. Make me looking forward to shower in the winter. It is quick, fun, and moisturize your skin like a good body butter would. With this, I can even skip my body butter and other moisturizers. It is super nourishing and non sticky. So you can get out of the shower and get dress right away. Highly recommend
Yes yes yes! It's about time this came from a company like NIVEA. They mastered this! It's so hydrating and refreshing! NIVEA in shower nourishing body milk is one of my new favourites and I can't wait to share it with my family!
Omg this stuff is amazing. I hate the tight skin feeling that happens after I shower, no more of that now. As soon as I step out if the shower it's like I just came from the spa. So hydrated and supple. It smells really good too. A must have for me now.
Great product. Keeps your skin so soft and supple. You thin it feels greasy but it dries and leaves your skin soft and didn't stain my clothes. Would recommend this.
