95% OF CHICKS DIG IT
Not the right fit for me.
This product wasn't the right fit for me. The scent was light and no overwhelming and the feel of the miceallair water was nice on my skin but it didn't leave my skin feeling refreshed! Being so easy to use I would love to see a formula that is light and refreshing!
Didn't love it
Have used garners miscellar water previously and found it to be far superior. This did an okay job but didn't remove regular loreal mascara at all. After14 swipes across my lashes it did start t smear but this isn't something id recommend. Felt nice on my skin for a general wipe- up but I won't be buying.
*received product free for an honest review
Again - Meh!
I received this product free complimentary for testing purposes from chickadvisor and Nivea,
And again I was pretty disappointed I use the micellar water from Nivea already so I mean I'm okay with having extra on hand but virtually it smells and feels the same like the product is basically copied the only difference is the cuter packaging and the bigger sized products which I mean is awesome but, personally I thought there was going to be a difference in the formula.
Not my fave product.
I really wanted to like this product, but honestly I found it just didn't work well for me. This product served better as a toner, as I found it didn't remove things like eye makeup well.
Subtle Surrender
ChickAdvisor #MicellAIRSkinbraethev 's packin#GotitFreeg does not indicate whether it is recycled and is definitely not made of biodegradable material!. It is however, easy to open for Rheumatoid arthritis sufferer's. Very easy! The scent is very light, almost non existent. The make up remover , itself is smooth and light and non scented. It absorbs quicker than some lower end make up remover's on the market but not as good as other high end products. The Overall effect is pretty good and make up disappears in a natural, well as close as society deems fashion :). a
way. Good product for the price , a tad high, but not too bad.Thank you very much for this opportunity to try before i buy.
Works better as a cleanser than a make-up remover
I received my free full-sized Nivea MicellAIR Skin Breathe Micellar Water 0% Product Residue for dry and sensitive skin from NIVEA. #gotitfree
This all-in-1 make-up remover and cleanser was gentle on my skin, it didn't sting my eyes or skin, and the product really has no scent (which is great for individuals who are sensitive to smells). However, I find the micellar water works better as a cleanser than a make-up remover as it works well for removing lipstick, foundation, powders and blush but I didn’t find it effective at removing eyeliner or mascara. Even after rubbing quite hard I had to use my regular brand of eye make-up remover to remove my eyeliner and mascara and they weren’t waterproof. I may recommend this product as a cleanser to a friend or family member but I wouldn’t recommend it as a make-up remover.
J'aime
J'aime l'effet nettoyant sans résidu sur la peau. Elle laisse une peau fraîche. Par contre, je ne l'utiliserais pas vraiment comme démaquillant puisqu'il ne vient pas à bout de mon mascara.
It's okay, but I prefer other micellar waters
Thanks to PRC for sending me a full sized product to try. This isn’t my first time using micellar water so I was able to compare it to the one from Garnier & Bioderma (the one I currently use). The product works but it takes patience and time to gently remove your make up. I didn’t love the tingly/almost sticky feeling after using it and felt the need wash my face afterwards to remove this “layer”. I went over my face with toner afterwards to see what residual it would leave behind and sure enough there’s still some make up. Although this is quite normal, i experience this with my Bioderma product as well (just with less residual make up).
When I use micellar water, I typically soak it on a cotton pad to remove the visible eye make up and whatever foundation I can get off my face. Then I use a light exfoliant to get the rest of the make up off / clean my face. I would still use the Nivea one because it would still work if I pair it with an exfoliant. I just prefer the Bioderma (blue hydrating) one, followed by the Garnier (darker pink cap).
Another Version
i have tried many products in this category from different manufacturers and honestly i can't tell them apart.
i received this product free to try from Chickadvisor. i generally do not use this type of product in the summer, opting to wash my face as i wear sunscreen even when i do not wear make up. i do sometimes use it in the winter to keep my skin hydrated and when i wear a lighter sunscreen formula.
over all it worked as expected but i have another bottle of this in my cupboard and it seems to do the same thing. i guess you just go with the company you trust.
