It's an average hand cream. The ingredient listing shows the Q10 to be 13th on the list. Nivea needs to reduce the fillers and add more Q10 to make it at least third or fourth in the list. It absorbs well but after two weeks I did not see any difference to my hands than if I had used my regular hand cream. I also do not like all the perfume that Nivea puts in their products. This hand cream scent is too strong and overpowers. Nivea needs to make fragrance free products. Note: I got the Nivea Q10 hand cream for free to test.
I've tried quite a few hand creams, and this is not one of my favorites. It's a good price, but I can't tell if it's been effective. My hands feel moisturized, but very sticky after.
"There are much more effective hand creams." I was super excited to receive this to sample and test it out, I am big on creams and moisturizers, especially hand creams. I often keep more than one hand cream in my purse for after washing my hands, or if I need a little pick me up during the day. My skin can be sensitive to some products and tends to be a little dry and I know Nivea is a brand that is often recommended for this skin type. I have used other Nivea products in the past with no issues. Also, I was really excited about the anti-aging quality, as I am pushing 30, and am more in the preventative stages when it comes to my beauty regimen right now. I used this product for 2 weeks, following the recommendations on the bottle, I used it in place of my regular hand cream and can honestly say it was not my favourite. Overall this wouldn't be my first choice for Nivea products, for starters it left my skin feeling very greasy, it did not dry quickly and I often had to wait a while before touching anything. I tried modifying the amount I used but it didn't make a difference. On top of the drying time the smell was quite over powering, very artificial and perfume-like, not the best for those who prefer softer smells. I found this cream, when it did finally dry, kept my hands feeling soft but there were just too many other aspects I wasn't a fan of. I do think that it's moisturizing qualities would help with the aging appearance of my skin, however I think I will try a different Nivea product and will not be adding this particular one to my purse. I do like Nivea products I just don't think I'll be adding this one to my skin care regimen.
I didn't really notice any different with the skin on my hands. I am only 37 and my hands are not really showing any signs of aging so that's probably why. It does an ok job of moisturizing but I have better options that do a better job. I have really dry hands so I need a good hand moisturizer.
The one huge complaint that I have with this product and all the products in the Q10 line is the scent. All of the products have the same overwhelming, strong perfume scent that stays around of hours. It almost unberable. It also makes any clothing that you put on after smell and it will stay there till you wash that clothing item. Not sure if I will continue to use this product because that perfume smell is a bit much and I am not seeing the effects that it claims to have to put up with the scent.
Good hand cream, didn't see any anti-aging benefits.
Overall I likes this hand cream, but I don't think its any different than some I already own. For the price it's still a good cream, but I haven't seen any anti-aging benefits thus far. Will keep trying it out and report back if I see anything amazing happen!
P.S. I received this product free for review purposes.
Got it free from ChickAdvisor to try it out. NIVEA Q10 Anti-Age Hand Cream is a good hand cream. I have yet to see its effectiveness on anti-aging though (after a week), but overall it is easy to apply and feels good after apply it.
Unfortunately I did not like this product that well. I like that they claim to reduce signs of aging. I did not notice a difference yet. I just don't like the texture of the hand cream. I wish it was a ticker formula. But for me the worse part was that it left my hands so greasy after application.
I disliked Nivea Q10 Anti-Age Hand Cream. After applying my hands felt tacky and dried out as opposed to other hand creams which leave my hands feeling hydrated. I also found the scent very strong and overpowering, it is too almost like perfume and it gave me a headache. I could never wear it on my hands long enough to tell if it changed their aging appearance.
I would not recommend Nivea Q10 Anti-Aging Hand Cream to anyone based off my personal experience.
