I received the NIVEA Q10 Firming Body Oil from ChickAdvisor for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I hadn't tried any type of body oil before so I was not quite sure what to expect. When I pulled it out of the box my first impression was that the product was more runny then I had expected! I was imagining something more the consistency of like an olive oil or something - but it was definitely more watery. Neat! I read some earlier reviews that said people did not like the smell of the oil... WHAT? It smells so nice and soft and feminine. It does not smell artificial or like chemicals at all and the scent stays for a few hours after application.

Usually I use lotions on my body and legs but the oil was a very nice change. I tried applying it in the morning, right after a shower, before bed and randomly during the day and the application is great every time. I don't recommend putting the oil on wet or damp skin though as it kind of leaves a funny film until dry. It works better then the lotions I have previously used as it applies more smoothly and nourishes and moisturizes my skin with the help of some pretty awesome specialized oils such as avocado. It is great for legs, arms, shoulders, chest...everywhere!

I saved my review for almost the last day of the campaign because I wanted to ensure that I was able to leave a review that was as honest and accurate as possible based on my experience. After two weeks my skin did feel firmer but not a noticeable amount. I don't know if I would purchase this product based on firming factor alone. However, this did the best job of leaving my skin feeling smooth and hydrated and for those reasons I would purchase this product again. It quickly absorbs into the skin which is great so it doesn't leave stains and marks on clothing. It did not irritate my skin at all and gave me a nice healthy glow.

Some people might see the price and be hesitant to purchase, but if soft glowing skin is your thing then it is more then worth the money!

As part of the Product Review Club, I had the chance to try the NIVEA Q10 Firming Body Oil ( #gotitfree). The oil smells nice and the texture on my skin felt really nice and luxurious. Did my skin look firmer? Slightly.
My boyfriend definitely noticed that my legs were smoother and nice to touch. Every time I used the oil, he couldn’t get his hands off my legs!
The oil absorbs quickly so it doesn’t stain my clothes.
I really liked it, and I would buy the product again, yes. It is a little pricey, though. I might wait for a promotion or discount.

#cadeau

I love the lightweight moisture that this oil provides but didn't notice firming effects or reduced appearance of imperfections - at least not yet. The product smells great (like most Nivea products) and absorbs quickly without losing the moisturized feeling. The packaging is good quality but dispensing the product can get a bit messy since it's tricky to control the amount that comes out. I needed quite a bit of oil to cover my body which makes the $14.99 price a little too expensive.

I've been using this product for 2 weeks, and I've enjoyed using it for the most part. It states on the bottle how to use it and what to use it for. I mainly used it for scars and stretch marks. I've noticed that my marks were starting to get a bit lighter. It even helped drastically reduce the scar on my hand that I've had for at least 5 years (which I'm happy about). The bottle does state that it might take 2 weeks to see results, so I'm going to continue to use this product to see what difference it will make after the 2 weeks period. I love the smell. I can't complain in that department. Its also a good way to give yourself a brief massage as it's said to massage into your skin in the instructions. I have a rash on the upper part of my arm which I know many women suffer this condition like myself, and I noticed that it really helped with clearing some of it up. So ladies try it. I can honestly say I didn't use this oil all over my body. I used it everywhere the instructions said to use it and other places I had stretch marks. I must say that I didn't notice the firm aspect of this product. It did on my legs but not as much on my arms. I think I may need to apply more. The only thing I didn't like about this product was after massaging it into my skin, I realized it left a sort of sticky feeling on my hands. It's sort of like when you get hair spray on your hands. I didn't like that feeling and would wash it off right way. I would like to mention that I noticed a nice glow to my skin, and it helped a lot with evening my skin tone. I suffer from day patches on my skin and since I've used this I haven't see a dry patch since. I've use other products that were a waste of time and money. It's a must try in my books. I definitely recommend using this product.

Thank you ladies at Chick Advisor for giving me this opportunity to #Q10BodyOil and best of all I #gotitfree.

I love how moisturized, soft and glowing this left my skin!
I used this everyday on my waist and legs, taking my time to rub it in to the area I have stretch marks. I followed up with the Nivea Q10 firming body lotion for extra moisture.
The scent is subtle and unoffensive and won't interfere with your perfume, but makes application enjoyable.
I usually can't be bothered to apply moisturizer after the shower (despite my super-dry skin), but I actually looked forward to using this, and have used it every day since I received it for free for review purposes. #gotitfree

This oil has a pleasant smell in my opinion. I enjoyed putting it on after my shower everyday. I will say that it did not do any miracles for my stretch marks and I didn't see any increased firmness, so I give it an average rating. It doesn't do anything more than any other body oil. But the smell is better than others I've tried. I liked the shine it gave my legs and if you don't overdo it, it won't seep into your clothes.

Nivea Q10 Firming Body Oil works but a little goes a long way, especially for oily skin.

I received this product through the Product Review Club :)

I was very excited to try this product because I'm starting to get some signs of aging, including fine lines and less elastic skin. I was hoping that this would help and it did, to an extent.

The Nivea Q10 Firming Body Oil has a light scent - I can't quite say what it is, but it's pleasant. I'm very sensitive to scents that smell too much like 'chemicals' and I enjoyed the scent of this oil.

The bottle is huge for the price. It's a fantastic value for the amount you get. Sometimes the price of these types of products can be daunting to those on a budget, but Nivea products are generally reasonably priced.

The oil itself is a clear, light liquid. I found that simply turning the bottle upside down and giving it a small shake gave me enough product to apply. Don't squeeze the bottle because too much will come out. It's oil - so it's a bit runny.

I have oily skin. I found that the Nivea Q10 Firming Body Oil didn't absorb into my skin as quickly as I would have liked (or at all in some cases). My skin would stay greasy for hours after application, sometimes longer.

I started out using the oil every day, after my shower (as I had seen recommended in other reviews). My skin would remain oily all day, even overnight if I applied after a morning shower. I changed it to every other day, then every third day, which ended up working well for me.

I think if you have dry skin, a daily application would be alright. I have some dry skin on my feet and lower legs and it was wonderfully moisturizing.

I was also using the Nivea Q10 Firming Body Lotion along with the oil. Between the two, I found that the skin on my chest and neck feels a bit firmer. The fine lines I get with my cleavage are less obvious.

Overall, I would consider buying this again when I go through the bottle. I find using it sparingly is better for oily skin as well as using it at night before bed. I will definatley buy the lotion again.

I like the idea of a body oil as I find they are more moisturizing, especially for those stubborn dry patches. This product definitely delivers in that respect. This product also boasts some pretty great ingredients like coenzyme Q10, avocado oil, cottonseed oil, and macadamia oil. As for some of the claims on the bottle, like firmer skin and reduced stretchmarks, I think it's too soon for me to tell. I've been using this for close to two weeks and haven't really noticed a difference in firmness or stretchmark reduction. Now, my stretchmarks are quite old so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I think if you are looking for a heavy-duty moisturizer, this product is perfect for you. As for the other claims, I would take them with a grain of salt. The smell is nice and light and overall, I would recommend this product for it's moisturizing effectiveness. It will definitely keep your skin soft and glowing.

I received Nivea Q10 Firming Body Oil free from Chickadvisors product review club. I was super excited to try this product to help hydrated my dry skin as well as helping to get rid of my stretch marks after my pregnancy. It definitely hydrated my skin, and stayed hydrated for a long time. But as for the stretch marks, they haven't really changed. I'm going to keep using it for a while longer to see if it actually works. The fragrance can definitely use a little bit of work.
