I use this under my foundation. but before I put it on I let it dry completely I find though that this leaves me oiler than I would like and I have to re apply powder through out the day but it makes my skin without makeup feel velvety smooth.

I'm very impressed by this product. I noticed a difference in the tightness of my skin within a week. I bought 4 bottles after my first ran out. The only downside is that the bottle is small an the product is used daily so it doesn't last more than about 7-10 days.
