Does not work well on cracked lips

I tend to have cracked lips if I don't use lip balms and it is really important for me to choose a lip balm that stops that from happening or heals my lips quickly. Unfortunately for me this wasn't the one. I liked how it felt on the lips and that soft fragrance. The 100% organic jojoba oil on the packaging was quite tempting too. But after using it for a couple of days I realised that my cracked lips weren't healing. It also was not stopping my lips from cracking. The lip balm does moisturise but just not enough for me.
