Being a long time sufferer of dandruff, the Nizoral Ketoconazole 2% Anti-Dandruff Shampoo is byfar the most effective product you can use to combat regular dandruff and an itchy scalp! I've been using Head and Shoulders over the past few years, but it really didn't do the trick to stop scalp itching. My doctor suggested I give the Nizoral Shampoo a try, although it being an over-the-counter product (not prescription) and a bit pricy for a tiny bottle - but I can contest that it definitely does the trick to help with itching and you just need a tiny dime size to use each week. Highly recommend!

Normal dandruff shampoos that I've tried after seeing ads on TV for don't work. Nizoral leaves my scalp in considerably less flaky conditions than anything else. Takes a little while to see the effectiveness, but once you use as directed, dandruff goes away. I find it leaves my hair relatively soft too!

I have suffered from dandruff for years and years. I've tried so many shampoos with only mild relief at times. I stumbled on a random article of top 7 shampoos to try and this was on it. I thought hey why not. I used it once and all of my dandruff was gone-I couldn't even believe my eyes. It is a small bottle for its price but it works! I'm will to pay anything!!!

I have used dandruff shampoos most of my life, and this one really works for me. It helps keep the build up off of my scalp, and makes my hair shiny and smooth without over drying it and making it look like straw. The smell is about on average with another medicated shampoo I've used. The color of it is really pretty though, which has nothing to do with while I like it, but its an added plus!

My husband suffers from dandruff and this shampoo is the best to treat that ,it is pricey but well worth the price for a good product

Nizoral is only shampoo with eliminate dandruff for me. I tried many kind of shampoo without success.

I don`t like price too much expansive but results are perfect. Eliminate dandruff in 3-4 weeks.

I actually don't use this shampoo for dandruff. I have tinea versicolor that occurs on my scalp and upper body mostly during season changes. My doctor recommended putting this shampoo on all the infected areas for 30 minutes to an hour for about a week then once a week after that basically for the rest of my life. I noticed after just one treatment that the spots were fading and after a few more treatments it was completely gone! I still get greasy hair and spots on me from the infection every so often but I just throw some nizoral on for 10 minutes in the shower and I'm good for another month! I also love the bubblegum pink colour it is!

This shampoo seems to work at first, but I found that the dandruff came back pretty quickly. The smell is terrible.

Worked perfectly for me, dandruff was almost gone after 1st use. A bit of a strong smell, but it works.
