Used to be good but not anymore...

We have been buying this clumping litter for the past 10 or 12 years and it has done the job adequately especially for its low price. In the last 6 months the clumping ability of the litter has deteriorated considerably and now we're throwing out a full litter box of unclumped litter because the urine smell is so overwhelming. I don't know what happened but it does appear that they've reduced the clumping agent/ingredient considerably to save money. I'm guessing the dramatic increased cost of everything the last year or so has a lot to do with it. Now we have to shop around to find an equally affordable quality clumping litter which I'm sure won't be easy.

Doesn’t work like it used too

They must have changed the formulation because it used to clump well but now it’s terrible. Will be switching to a better brand.
All of the urine filters through and sticks to the bottom of the cat box. It smells and with four cats and two large boxes that are changed everyday, I’m disappointed.
