This is a great cheese choice. I usually buy what is on sale and this cheese has a great price point. Excellent for a wide variety of recipes and cool dishes. We love cheese at our house!

no name mozzarella cheese is pretty good! It's great in cubes, slices, melted, shredded, you name it it's delicious. lol. it really helps that it's much less expensive than other brands

I always have a block of this cheese in my fridge as well as their old cheddar.I love to shred it over my spaghetti and meatballs, broil it over chicken burgers, sandwiches etc. The taste is wonderful.
