    Cheap version of lasagna noodles

My husband bought these noodles for me at his last trip to the grocery store when I requested lasagna noodles. I tried them & was not impressed! They were quite stale tasting. I had to fit them to my container (used my epicure steamer) so I had to break them a bit to fit, which did not go well. I made it work but will use my regular named brands from now on since they are really only a few cents more expensive & the pay off is worth it to me.

I use these all the time!!!! Sometimes I just dont have time to make the noodles for lasagna,.. or perhaps I am lazy. Regardless, these are quick, and easy! If you cover them with sauce- they will turn nice and soft for you

I was very skeptical that these would actually turn out halfway decent but I was very pleasantly surprised! I followed the sauce and liquid amount recommendations as per the box and the noodles softened up perfectly and my lasagna tasted just like I had use traditional boil first lasagna noodles. It is very important to follow how much sauce and liquid the instructions tell you to use and to bake it for as long and how they tell you to, otherwise your noodles won't cook through. I will definitely use these again! Delicious and such a time saver!
