Homemade in a flash

I love making homemade pancakes. My mom made them for me from the Joy Of Cooking book 1970s ( i have it now)....And I have been using the same recipe for over 20 years. Who has time for all that measuring of dry ingredients??!! I have tried every mix out there, and the yellow no name box at Loblaws that you never want to buy........BUY IT! Its the best boxed mix ever. Just like scratch. Its cheap and quick. I highly recommend it.

This tastes good and I use it to make pogos for the kids as well as pancakes.Of course, being a no name I don't have to remind you that it is a goo0d one to buy.
