Always broken and never the kind on the box label

I've had a lot of problems with the salted soda crackers for quite some time now, most of the time nearly every package in the box is usually over half smashed and useless, as well as many, many times I've purchased the salted ones to find either half of more of the box not actually being salted or the entire thing, it's becoming a constant issue with this brand.
