Bought this on a whim for $19CAD because I was looking for something to help my under eye circles. I haven't noticed a huge difference with dark circles (maybe a little), but it has helped with puffiness! I put it on at night, and again in the morning and immediately I feel it being to work. It has an energizing kick to it, and I feel a slight tingling sensation after rubbing it in. I bought this mainly for dark circles, and since it isn't really do much for them I probably won't buy again... but nice to know this works for puffiness.
