Really wanted to love this, what a fail!

I really wanted to love this No7 Eye makeup remover. No7 does have some wonderful products but this one is a fail. Night one I used it to remove just washable mascara. It took a while to get it off, but still couldn't get it all. Night 2 I tried it with my full makeup, all washable except my waterproof eyeliner. What a fail. Had to use more and more and still couldn't get my makeup off.
