This product is a gentle exfoliator. I have sensitive, allergic skin (and an allergy to ASA) which makes it hard to find exfoliators that I can use safely. No7 works great and leaves my skin glowing. There is a slight tingle after washing the product off and my skin is slightly red. There are instructions that come with the product that show the proper way to use the exfoliator. I would recommend this product.
