Beautiful but hard to set up!

To use this item you must purchase the Noma hub. Pairing it with the hub is super easy. You just download the app and then you can control everything from your phone. Putting the reindeer together was very hard. The back leg and the head are challenging to assemble and the instructions are poor. Once you have it put together it is a BEAUTIFUL decoration. The hub allows for a lot of different options in terms of colour. You can choose steady or glimmering lights and you can also choose from different light shows from just a button on your phone. I gave it 4 stars because the instructions for set up are not great and it took me over an hour to put this thing together!

The lightshow is so fun and it's amazing that you can customize it to match your other Smart 2.0 products!

There is assembly required for this figure, but you won't need any tools. I had a bit of difficulty assembling the legs and head so that they wouldn't fall off or the whole thing tip over. I eventually figured it out!

The head of the Deer moves side to side, which is cool. I am a bit concerned that the glitter and the white mesh covering the Deer will last. My floor was covered with glitter that had already fallen off, so adding snow/water to this equation makes me nervous. I am also worrisome over the white mesh. In order to attach the legs, head, antlers, ears, and tail, you have to go through the mesh to anchor the pieces. I worry that over time, you'll end up with a bunch of holes all over the place. I also found that the mesh fabric was a bit loose around the bottom of the neck. I understand that you need extra fabric mesh to allow for the movement of the head, but the bottom area just looked unfinished.

Otherwise, it is a delight and so much fun! The lights are colourful and so vibrant!

Nice Christmas decor

If you want your lawn to stand out during the holiday season, this deer figurine is for you! The deer moves its head, is quite tall and can also be easily programmed to different light colours of your choice using the NOMA app, which is quite straightforward to use and setup. There are so many themes and light colours to choose from just from the touch of a button. The hardest part of this for me was getting the pieces out of the box to setup. My main question from the box is that there are zip ties around some of the lights already and realising that most do not need to be cut. To put the deer together, with the pieces, it uses zip ties to secure the top and bottom pieces together so if you want to disassemble the deer at the end of the season, you will need to cut the current zip ties get more zip ties for future seasons. Overall, a very fun decoration to add to a Christmas display.
