Good Start to Home Smart

Easily downloaded NOMA IQ from the App Store and used with a wide range of NOMA IQ smart home products. You basically launch the app, register and install your smart product and follow the instructions within the app. You can create experiences/triggers within to automate and set routines and schedules for all your devices. You can also add all family members and share control as well as enable voice assistant compatible with Google assistant and Amazon Alexa.

These smart bulbs were so much fun and such a hit I immediately lost them to my husbands home office! With so many color variations, he took great joy experimenting with all the colours….more “serious” during the day and “party”vibes at night. He was able to schedule, control, and dim the lights from anywhere anytime! With a 15,000 hour life span. The girls definitely had their favourite pink shade!

NOMA IQ Smart Dimmable Bulbs

These NOMA IQ bulbs are super fun and easy to setup smart wifi dimmable lights. I love that they come in both white and colour. They also come with a decent 10 year limited warranty. I now have the perfect mood setter for my room whenever I watch movies, listen to music or am getting to unwind.

Fun lights but a bit finicky to install

I was given NOMA iQ™ A19 E26 Base Smart Dimmable LED Light Bulbs, Tunable White/Colour 2-pk from Canadian Tire and Butterly to test in exchange for my honest review.

The lights were easy to install physically into our living room lamps, just the same as a regular lightbulb. I did have some issues pairing them with the app. They kept flashing and the pairing cycle wouldn't complete. My husband who is even more techie than I am (and I am pretty techie) finally got them working.

The light colour range was decent but it did take some time to find the right warmth of white for our room. We found some of the colours to be a bit off of what we thought they should be.

They did work well with our Google assistant. Ultimately, we've decided to move them out of our living room as they just weren't quite right for the space. I think our kids will probably love them in their rooms though.

Yellow or White Light? Why not BOTH?

I received the NOMA iQ™ A19 E26 Base Smart Dimmable LED Light Bulbs, Tunable White/Colour 2-pk for free in exchange for an honest review. Remember those days where you can’t decide or remember if you have white or yellow light blubs? Well those days are GONE! This new NOMA Smart LED light bulb will let you pick ANY color available on the colour wheel, plus it DIMS! Whatever or whenever your mood strikes, just pull out the app and change the color / temperature / brightness! It’s super easy to set up (only took less than 5 mins to connect via the NOMA IQ app, plus WiFi network and Bluetooth, make sure you are on 2.4 GHz then you are fine). Once connected, you can turn the bulb on/off, and change the colour up to your heart’s content. The only thing I would criticize is there’s a few second lag when changing the light color and when dimming. Not the end of the world but if you are trying to change the color for fun / just showing off, then you might want to do it another way. I’m keeping one at my desk, because orange light makes me happy! And the other one I am leaving in the living room for when we want to dim the lights to watch TV / have a glass of wine.

AMAZING 👏

I was so glad to have this technology. The bulbs are affordable and moreover are a life changer for my aged parents too. These Bulbs are game changer. From dimming the light to change in colour to anything and everything is possible. Hooking up with Alexa, everything is voice controlled. And I don't have to get up and switch off the lights, it's a blessing.

Easy setup and many colour options on the app

I absolutely love these Smart LED Bulbs. It was so easy to setup on my phone by downloading the NOMA iq App. This bulb has many beautiful colour options in the app to choose from. It was very convenient for me to control the brightness and dim the light through my app without having to get up from my cozy corner enjoying my coffee. I was able to change the settings and colours according to my mood and work activity. It was very beneficial that I was able to turn the lights on and off with voice activation through Google Assistant plus I was able to schedule the lights to turn on and off at set times using the app. I am definitely checking out more of NOMA iQ products to upgrade my lifestyle and use their products when needed at home and work.

Easy to use Gets the Job Done

So I've been using the Noma IQ app for a couple days now. I set up the smart bulbs and the smart wall plugs. First, making an account is rather straightforward. Nothing new there. Adding a device was simple enough, just use the plus icon and go throught the steps. You can add other users which makes it easier for everyone to control. There is customization in the form of rooms, naming your smart items. I found it a little frustrating when adding new items to rooms, it wasn't initially clear to me and trying to delete the room/name isn't the clearest. That said the app is easy to use and the learning curve is very short. It doesn't stand out from other apps of similar nature that do the same, say LG or Phillips. I do wish there was more customization. I have not experienced any problems so that;s good.

Here at home we can’t do without those smart bulbs. It’s much easier to control and more economical. These are from the NOMA iQ™ brand and have an app via Google Play or AppStore where you can program them to turn on and off or you can do it manually too. In short, practicality and efficiency.

Super Simple Setup for Beginners

I’m fairly new to connecting smart devices to my Google and Alexa, and the Noma app made it a super simple process.
