Works well for the most part

I use the app for my Noma Smart Wall Plugs and for my Noma Smart Light Bulbs. Downloading and creating an account for the app was easy, the set up process with the app for the smart wall plugs was super quick and easy. I love how I can control the plug from my phone to turn on or off, there is usually a 1.5 second delay with the functions but it's not too bad. When it comes to the smart bulbs, I did have trouble with the connection process when setting up the bulbs, it took three tries and after using the product for a week, one of the bulbs showed "offline" and didn't connect to the app. I had to resync the product for it to work again so it was annoying but other than that the app worked pretty well.

So easy to use and works every time.

The NOMA iQ app is super user-friendly and convenient to use. The setup process was a breeze, and I encountered none of the usual minor issues that often come with connecting apps. Simple

The Noma iQ app for Apple is honestly such a simple app to navigate. The design and colours are bright and everything is laid out perfectly for ease of finding what you need. Voice control, wake/sleep function, sharing with family members - this app includes everything you need for the Noma iQ products. I love the simplicity of it, especially for someone who isn’t super “techy”.

Super convenient and easy to use

The app is SOO easy to use! I love it, I wouldn’t go back to regular having it any other way. I want to put them all over my house because of how convenient it is.

Doesn’t work

I tried on numerous devices and could not download the app. Only works on 2.4 GHz and my phone always connects to 5 GHz. Tried my husbands phone added wifi started to download and just keeps freezing. Customer support wasn’t able to help.

One app to build smart home

Noma iQ app is really easy to find, install and use. I had no issues and found it pretty user friendly. Me and my family are enjoying the Noma IQ app! Its seamless connectivity and user-friendly interface make managing smart home devices a breeze. The ability to control various appliances and share access with family members adds a convenient touch to the home automation experience. The ease of controlling your products like light bulbs, air purifier or air conditioning etc. with just a tap on your app or even better - voice controlled with your home assistant is something to enjoy and consider. This is definitely to make our lives easier.

Unfortunately, didn't work for me

I have tried working it out in my apple phone but I don't know why it's showing same page, neither back nor forward , hence I was unable to perform any action and I prefers it better on android

So easy to use!

The app was easy to set up and use. Linking it with Google Assistance was a snap. Overall, navigating is simple. My only concern is the short delay with turning things on. I'm not sure if it's the device or the app.
