Such a nice addition!

The app is super user friendly, the pairing is simple and quick! The fan is such a great addition to our bedroom! Highly recommend, the different settings are great!

Good light

Good light. The bulb itself works well and the app is easy to use. I can change the colour and intensity with the app which is helpful and it can be controlled by my Alexa which I like.

Easy to use

The app is easy to set up and use. The steps were easy to follow and I like that you can set up experiences to allow to time the products turn on or off at specific times. I have found my light bulbs have disconnected at times and have needed to be reset up, but still easy to do.

Pretty good app

Pretty happy with this app. It is intuitive and allows you to control all your Noma IQ devices all in one place. I didn't have any issues pairing my devices, but found that there is a bit of a delay between functions in the app and them happening with the device (for example turning off and on lights) - I wish it was a bit more seamless. Other than that, it works great.

Works well for the most part

I use the app for my Noma Smart Wall Plugs and for my Noma Smart Light Bulbs. Downloading and creating an account for the app was easy, the set up process with the app for the smart wall plugs was super quick and easy. I love how I can control the plug from my phone to turn on or off, there is usually a 1.5 second delay with the functions but it's not too bad. When it comes to the smart bulbs, I did have trouble with the connection process when setting up the bulbs, it took three tries and after using the product for a week, one of the bulbs showed "offline" and didn't connect to the app. I had to resync the product for it to work again so it was annoying but other than that the app worked pretty well.

So easy to use!

The app was easy to set up and use. Linking it with Google Assistance was a snap. Overall, navigating is simple. My only concern is the short delay with turning things on. I'm not sure if it's the device or the app.

Great app but slightly laggy

The NOMA iQ app was super easy to install and connecting the different devices (I had the light bulb and a Wi-Fi outlet plug). The ability to have a “room” setting is really great. Every device took less than 5 mins to set up (with Bluetooth and location and home Wi-Fi password). The only criticism is there’s a small lag when turning devices on/off, and changing colours / dimming / brightness on the LED light bulb. Voice control works great (I have a Google device) and the scheduled time “Experience” is great especially for the outlet plugs for when I want it turned off in the middle of the night.

Good Start to Home Smart

Had some initial hiccups trying to connect the smart bulbs to our network and having to flick the light switch 5 time each time to try and connect was a little bit of a pain. But once we were connected, the app was pretty user friendly. The smart plugs were definitely much easier to connect and being able to add all family members, share controls and set up experiences/triggers to schedule the bulbs and plugs has been terrific! Looking forward to testing out the voice assist.
