DID NOT TASTE AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD

These sausages were on sale at Sobeys for $3.99 (a package of five). I am sorry to say that my family did not enjoy these sausages. I made them on the bbq and was anticipating that they would be delicious on a fresh panini bun with some condiments. We were definitely disappointed as they simply could not compare to the usual Italian sausages that I purchase from Fortinos ,or Longos. I guess the best way to describe why we were disappointed is because they tasted like a cheap knockoff of an actual authentic-tasting Italian sausage.

I purchased three different kinds of these sausages- hot, mild, and turkey with sundried tomatoes. You really could not tell which one was which, except that the hot Italian sausages were spicy. I would not purchase these sausages again.
