I definitely recommend this product and it can be found at Shoppers Drug Mart, Longos and Bulk Barn that I have seen. I have one every morning since I am not a breakfast eater and it is filling and satisfying You also get a good portion of your daily fibre in one serving so it is great if that is lacking in your diet. I have tried many different drinks and this one by far tastes the best and is so easy and quick. It says it is a smoothie but really all I do is mix it with water and give it a shake. It is plant based which would also appeal to many people.
