I bought this as a test in hope to decrease my attractiveness to mosquitoes. I can officially say that this worked for me. One pill/day reduced the number of mosquito bites, 2 pills/day eliminated them. So happy!
The texture of the pill itself is powdery (versus smooth) so it is a little harder to swallow, but would not keep me from buying it again.
