Good brush, weird smell

I received the Nude by Nature Perfecting Primer to review as part of the Chick-Advisor Review Club. #gotitfree

When I opened up the brush packaging, it actually smelled a little weird (almost want to say like a mild paint thinner smell) but luckily the smell didn't seem to cling to the brush itself.

This is a great brush for applying mineral foundation. It makes everything apply evenly.

pretty brush, but it doesn't do the job

I was excited to see this brush came in a cute tube package - the end even pops off and can be used as a holder! Unfortunately, that was the only thing I liked about this brush. The bristle seems too loose/fluffy, making it impossible to pick up much product or apply it evenly. Make it's just a personal preference, but I did not like this brush at all!

Nice quality brush. Not great for blending foundation.

The brush is a good quality brush that is very soft and well made. It is good for someone who wants to apply a light amount of the powder foundation or use it for applying a setting powder, or even blush or bronzer. It is pretty versatile. Personally I don't find it great for buffing or building up powder foundation. I would rather use a denser brush that I can buff into the pores.

I would recommend it for other uses but not for applying a powder foundation.

Soft as a baby's...

As a vegetarian, I appreciate that Nude by Nature’s products are 100% naturally derived and cruelty free, including the #11 Mineral Brush.

The bristles of this brush are soft and picked up the product nicely. It also feels soft against my skin.

Just a word of caution though, my brush smelled a little ‘chemically’, so you might want to wash yours prior to using it. I had no problems with shedding bristles when I did so.

I would love to try other brushes by this brand.

The brush is not too fluffy but effective for delivering just the right amount of loose powder. Washes well and does not shed.
I hope that the bristles would be softer, a little bit itchy when applying the foundation.

Soft and silky

This brush is one of my favorite brushes right now. It is so soft and picks up the perfect amount of powder. I have so many brushes but this is my go to powder brush, especially for their powder foundation. Overall i really like this brand and would reccommed it to anyone looking for a natural finish.

Super soft brush

I was super excited to receive my free samples from ChickAdvisor. I received the Nude by Nature Mineral Brush 11 and it feels super soft. The bristles were very gentle on my skin. I used it with the Nude by Nature radiant powder foundation and it made the powder fly all over, but then I used it on other pressed mineral powders I had and it worked great! So the brush itself is really great for a smooth coverage and covers a large surface area; it applies powder evenly. I would recommend it. #loveNudebyNature

Amazing brush. So soft

This brush is so soft and gentil when applying the makeup. The brush's handle is large and long which I live as well! #lovenudebynature #nudebynatureCA

Softest brush I've ever used

I love this brush so much. It can be used to apply loose powder, pressed powder foundation, blush and even bronzer. It is a very versatile brush and it feels so soft on the skin! I have never found a brush this soft before! I would definitely recommend, especially if you want a flawless blended look!

Brush feels great. Not good for powder foundation

I use a full coverage powder foundation all of the time, so I have experimented with several powder brush types. As soon as I saw this brush, I was concerned. It is not wise to use a brush with a rounded top for powder foundation. As soon as I tried it, I was proven right. While the brush felt amazingly soft, the powder went absolutely everywhere when I tried to apply it. It flew off my brush so much that while applying, it looked like a smoke machine was blowing around me. However, not all is lost with this brush. I found it wonderful for applying my Blush and setting powder. I just wouldn't use it for a foundation.
