Great quality, but not very effective for price!

I received this product complimentary from NudeByNature and ChickAdvisor for testing purposes.

Overall, I found the product to be of high quality, but just not for me. When I first applied the product, my skin was slightly dry, and the product made my face sting like crazy. I came back to it after a few days and made sure to apply a moisturizer prior to applying the product again, and it seemed to help. I didn't notice any immediate differences to my skin when it came to blemishes or smoothing of skin tone, although I believe it did help to ensure my makeup application afterwards stayed on for a longer period of time.

The price for the product seems pretty steep for what it is, as I can easily see myself continuing on without using the primer in my routine, and don't have the budget to pay $40CAD for 30ml of product. Again, overall quality product, but simply not for me.

Not worth it...will not try again

I've used various primers in the past, and they usually leave my skin feeling like silk and they create a smooth service for make-up application. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience while using Nude by Nature Perfecting Primer. Although the primer was light, it left my skin feeling a bit sticky. Also, I didn't find that it created an even base for my make-up application, nor did I notice any difference in the longevity of my make-up throughout the day.

I will not be buying this product, or recommending it to my friends and family. :(

Didn't work at all on me

My skin is dry with oily patches but I break out over anything and sadly, this product caused my skin to just freak out. I had a bunch of little bumps all over my face by the end of my first day using it. I also didn't notice that it helped hold my blush any longer then usual. There are much better products out there. I received this sample from Chick advisor and Nude by Nature.

Not a fan

I was excited to try this primer because I have been itching to try something more natural. I don't know what the scent was or if it was bad but it smelled horrible like rotted oranges. This was hard to put on my face after that. At first it seemed like a good primer but by the end of the day my makeup was sliding and I required touchups, something I don't normally need with my usually primer. I would I've to try other products in this line but just not this primer.

I didn't fall in love with this primer. I found it to make my face oily by the end of the day and had broken out while using it. Didnt work great for my skin type.

Not Blown Away

received a sample via chickadvisor and tried it with and without make up, over my moisturizer as i usually wear primer. i found the formula a bit more active than i'm used to so it turned my face a bit flush. it also never quite settled, i found it felt as if it was on my face all day and was a bit itchy, and it was worse without make up. doesn't seem to be suited for my skin.

It's OK

This primer kept my makeup looking pretty good for many hours. I sometimes find I get creasing in the afternoon but this did a fairly good job. However, I found that my face felt really greasy (I normally have dry/normal skin). My face didn't LOOK greasy but...it definitely felt greasy to the touch. I wouldn't repurchase for that reason.

Fortunately, I got to try it free from Chickadvisor in exchange for an honest review.

Good primer

I love that it’s a natural primer. This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. I would buy this. It has a great feeling and natural ingredients which is a plus.

Great product but not as good as I expected

This primer works great in being a base to foundation. I was excited to try this natural product on my face, however the feel was not great. It was thicker and stickier than the premium primers I usually use. Another downside is that this primer does not have SPF.

The scent is fresh and smells a lot like other natural skincare, and sometimes like the products provided at nice hotels.

I loved the mini size the trial product came in. In stores the size is bigger and I wouldn't consider spending on that size as I don't see myself using this everyday.
