Surprised me!

I was surprised at how this primer was. The consistency reminds me of a lotion so I did not have high expectations. It did help smooth over my skin, however did not cover all of my pores. It did mattify my skin slightly as well.

My makeup did apply well and looked smooth. I would not use them as my main primer though. I have really oily skin and my oils came through a lot sooner than my regular mattifying primer.

I also didn't like the scent. I'm usually used to unscented and much prefer it as well. This primer has a really strong citrus scent.

While this primer did end up helping my makeup look natural, I'm sure I can easily find another primer that doesnt hsve as strong of a scent.

Great option for combination skin

Nude by nature perfecting primer is a moisturizing primer, which also helped my combination skin with oil control in my T-zone area! I love the natural ingredients in its formulation. This is a perfect light weight and moisturizing primer which isn't too heavy on the skin! It is not highly "perfecting" in terms of pore cover, but I enjoyed it for toning down the oilyness of the skin, thus improving makeup longevity. I would recommend this primer for the ingredients!

Good natural primer

Primer came in a easy-to-use tube format. Went on creamy like a moisturizer rather than a lotion, which I was surprised about. Don't need to use a lot. Was worried that it would be oily because it went on so thick. Makeup application was easy and blended more because the primer was thick. Was ok though after 7 hour wear. Not especially oily and makeup stayed on well. Should get a lot of use out of one tube.

Did not remove any imperfections

I thought I would get a little bit of cover up, but nothing at all. Its just a cream for the face, provides nothing else. I used it under my face cream on some days but then clumped my cream on my face.

Nothing Special

I was excited to try this product but ended up being disappointed.

I hated the smell of the product. To me it was not pleasant and bothered me every time I used it. I found that it did not absorb quickly and I was waiting for it to set a bit before I could apply my make up.

I did not find that it make my make up smoother or last longer. I did not find that it helped minimize the appearance of pores.

Overall I found no real benefit of this product and I would not buy it in the future.

Not For Me

I found this primer dried almost immediately when applied to my face, therefore not a lot of time to work with it. I didn't find that it covered my pores or filled any lines. Overall, I could have easily not worn it and not known the difference. Good chance it made me break out as well.

I wouldn't try this again

I did not like having to wait for my primer to dry before putting on foundation. This product left my skin feeling a little bit sticky after applying it but smoothed out after putting on foundation

Not The Best

First of all, this doesn’t smell very good! It reminds me of the Noxema cleanser and it’s quite strong. The formula itself is nice and does a good job of blurring my pores, however, my foundation smeared easily when applied on top of this primer. It definitely didn’t help my makeup last which is what I’m looking for in a primer! Sadly, this is a pass for me.

I wanted to love it! Really!

It’s natural, so naturally it’s expensive.
It smells good but not overpowering.
I bet if I still had 20 year old skin, it would have been amazing.

Sadly, my skin is more than double that, and so it just didn’t do enough to fill in my pores and such, particularly on my nose.
It did help my foundation to wear a bit longer, but I could only stand to do that for one day. I needed more coverage. I just wasn’t confident.
For coloured powder only days, the set was nice. The bronzer stayed put.
I tried to get a photo or two, but I failed to obtain a single picture where you could tell. Not even half and half on my face.

Aucune différence avec ou sans...

Ideur subtile agreable et texture interessante. Etant donne le cote « clean » de ce produit, j’avais plusieurs attentes... malheureusement je n’ai renarqué aucune difference avec ou sans, a part une etape de plus a mon maquillage.
