Primer - has its pros and cons

I use a primer frequently and was excited to try the Nude by Nature perfecting primer. It comes in great packaging and easy to use. It has a nice fragrance also. My only issue with the product is that it makes my face sticky/tacking even once dried. I would have preferred a smoother feeling afterwards.

Small Size (Typical) but Great Product

As a primer under makeup, this definitely worked to smooth any fine lines and made my makeup sit nicer on the skin. It also made my foundation last throughout the workday.

You don't get a whole lot of this but that is normal for any higher-end primer so for the price, it is of average value. Packaging is cute with the trendy nude and metallic tones.

I wish there were no fragrance, however the effectiveness is worth it. If you do not have sensitive skin like myself, this should not bother you at all.

Porefection

Loved loved loved this product. As a makeup artist I’m always looking for new products to add to my kit and this one is now a permanent product. It smoothed out all my pores and fine lines, loved the texture, love LOVE the fact that it’s Cruelty-free!!! I didn’t love the smell but I’m willing to look past that because this product works.

Great Primer!

I was really happy when chosen to test the Nude by Nature primer - I'm a label-reader and when it comes to skincare, I'm very conscious of the chemicals that my products include. I was happy to find something that's silicone-free and I felt like my make-up application was really smooth after using the primer. I would definitely recommend this product!

Love This Primer!

I was selected to try the NUDE BY NATURE PERFECTING PRIMER for free from ChickAdvisor in exchange for my honest thoughts and opinions and I was blown away! I haven't changed my beauty routine in years as I currently have my staple 'holy grail' products and haven't considered messing up a good thing... until now! My skin is combination/oily so I have hard a really hard time trying to find a non-matte primer that won't look oily instead of dewy. I also have acne scarring that is difficult to hide without the proper coverage and primer.

I have been wanting to try the Nude by Nature line for awhile now and was so excited upon the line finally coming to Canada. Nude by Nature makes 'good for you' makeup that is free from silicone, parabans and synthetics and is made with active natural ingredients that provide benefits that go beyond makeup! The smell of the primer is really nice, it smelt like oranges to me! It comes out white on the fingers but goes on clear. It is super duper easy to spread and a little bit goes a long way. I am used to my old primer so I took way more product then I actually needed so I suggest starting with a small amount and adding more if necessary to avoid wasting! I found that my foundation actually applied more easily and smooth with this primer and I needed less foundation then I normally wear as well.

After completing my makeup, this is what I found: my makeup had that dewy look but was not oily in the slightest. My foundation lasted all day (14 hrs start to finish) and this included doing manual labour and heavy lifting in which I broke a sweat more then once! My skin felt smooth and my pores were not noticeable in the slightest. The only concern I had was that I found it did not hide all of my imperfections and my acne scarring was slightly more noticeable when using this primer then when I use my normal primer. But that is the only flaw I was able to find based on effectiveness of the product!

Overall, I think this is an amazing drug store primer and I have already used my coupon code to purchase the full size bottle. It is a little costly at $30 + but it is still more then reasonable then many other drug store competitors for the products effects. It did not make me break out and I think it has actually helped the look of my skin overall. I will wear this on days where I don't need that 'flawless' look but still want great coverage and wear. I highly recommend this product to anyone with oily skin looking for a dewy makeup look. I look forward to trying out the other products in the Nude by Nature line as well!

Good product

Received a sample of this product. This is a thicker, creamier type of primer which works well with my dry skin. There is a point between application and the final drying time where the product is slightly tacky. After playing with it, this is the ideal time to apply your foundation. It allows the foundation to last all day. Otherwise, the product does dry to a nice matte finish. It enables a smooth surface for your foundation. I'd definitely buy.

J'ai bien aimé la texture du produit, et bien sûr savoir que les ingrédients sont naturels! Cependant quand j'ai appliqué mon fond de teint, ça a fait quelques peluches. Donc à essayer avant d'acheter, c'est peut-être juste la marque que j'utilise qui a ce problème.

It does the job

I like how this primer doesn't have that silicone feel. It's very moisturizing and This primer smells great. It gives your skin a nice dewy shine. However because I have oily skin I prefer a matte finish. Other than that it goes a good job at keeping my foundation on.

Great product

I love the way the product smells as well as how evenly it goes on and spreads; a little goes a long way. Got great results after applying my foundation. Loved the overall look of my finished makeup.

Amazing!

I am absolutely in love with this product. It helped my makeup stay on all day. I am also obsessed with the fact that it's natural and chemical free. Would recommend!!
