Great Product...just not for me

Long story short, I have super oily skin. I have such a hard time finding anything that will stay on my face longer than a few hours that doesn't require a ton of powder and setting spray, so while I had high hopes for this product it just doesn't work for me. Here's my general impressions:
1. the smell is fantastic, like an herbal smell, not chemical at all (huge plus)
2. the feel is great, it glides on and gets tacky right away, so your makeup has something to grab onto
3. I had no problem with this causing any redness, which is one of my normal problems.

The only downside that I found was that it did not make my makeup last longer than it usually does. After 2 hours of wear I could see my oils pushing through, and by 4 hours my foundation on my t-zone was gone. This is a problem I have with almost every primer that I own, so this isn't a huge deal-breaker, but would lead me to recommend this more for someone with normal to dry skin rather than oily. All in all a decently good product that I would recommend although I don't plan to re-purchase because it just isn't working for me.

I tried this for free, I am use to my silk primer , I found I had to use a lot on my face , I do like the smell. Not sure what it is but it’s soothing.
My make up didn’t stay any longer on my face then what it would if I used a $3 elf primer.
My face did tingle a little at first but stopped fast.

I was very happy with the lightness of this primer. Most primers clog my pores and make my face feel heavy , but not this one! I was very happy to use it under my make up and the results were great... long wear out of my foundation and flawless finish .

Great primer!

I tried this primer thanks to a sample I received and I am very happy with it. It goes on nicely, dries quickly and leaves my skin feeling soft. It doesn't dry my skin out like some primers I've used in the past, it smells really nice too!! I will definitely be purchasing this primer and I will be trying more of this companies products as well

I got this product sample size to try free from chick advisor. I really liked this product and found it went on smooth with great coverage and I didn't feel the need to use foundation with it. I would recommend this product

Could not work better

I usually rely on the combo of foundation and primer for the perfect look, thinking the good qualities of both will add up, well with this primer I was able to use my (cheap) easy minimal coverage foundation and still get a flawless look. I'm addicted! Plus bonus points for an oddly delicious smell!

I got this product for free to try from Chick Advisor , I really loved the smell right away, I want to say it’s citrus ? Anyway, it goes on like silk, and absorbs really quick.

I find it takes longer for my skin to look oily when I wear this product and love that it’s cruelty free ! Thanks for sending it to me !

Used this as a primer for eye makeup even though it wasn't specifically the eyeprimer version. Went on silky smooth with no residue feeling. Very pleasant and very light fragrance. Kept my eye makeup in place for hours, No smearing or streaking and no need for touch ups through the day. Would definitely buy this again.

I have been only using the primer for a few days now. I was shocked at how amazing this primer smells! I couldn't believe that a primer could smell this good!
The ingredients are good as well. No harsh additives that cause damage to the skin.
Now, this primer does go on quite smoothly and helps my makeup last a lot longer then usual, but, it does make my skin look "dewy" which is not a look I like due to my incredibly oily skin already. It also doesn't hold well to my nose area when I wear my glasses. It seems my makeup just slides off my face where my glasses sit which I do not like. Makes me touch my face more which is what I am trying to avoid all together.
I would continue to purchase this product as I can't get over the amazing smell. They definitely need to come out with a more matte feel and look.

One of the best face primers I have ever tried!

I have only been trying this primer for a week and it’s yielded nothing but the best results! I work 9-10 hour shifts everyday and usually if I use makeup it’s on by 5am. With this primer my face doesn’t get too oily at the end of the day and my face makeup is still on! I even used it as an eyeshadow primer and my eye makeup did not budge at all! Definitely love this and excited to use this as summer comes!
