Average at best

Got this sent to me to try from chickadvisor...it’s not a bad primer, my makeup went on smooth after it and lasted most of the day. I have very dry skin and found that it did cake a little, and I was quite disappointed that there was no spf...these days we all make a point of wearing sunscreen. Like I said not bad but I would not repurchace.

Great primer for the price

This primer is lightweight and goes on nicely. Makeup looks great all day long. Not a huge fan of the scent but does the trick at a fair price (even though I got this free lol). The fact that it’s available at shoppers drug mart makes it very accessible to me as I look be in a small town.

Great hydrating primer

I received this through the tester club. It smells so good like green tea. It’s reallt hydrating and it doesn’t irritate my skin. I am also really oily and it was great at helping combat the oiliness of my skin. Would definitely recommend as my makeup applied beautifully after using it.

A primer that works.

I found my makeup came on flawlessly after applying the perfecting primer. If you are looking for a primer I would recommend this one. However it doesn’t have any spf protection which would have been nice, but all in all it performed great on my skin.

This product is okay for a drugstore brand

I was very excited to use this product but after using it, I soon saw why I prefer higher end primers to drugstore brands. It wasn’t a horrible product, but nothing compared to smashbox and other branded primers. It was meant to be creamy but only made the makeup oily and cakey. It settle in alright but after an hour or so, my face was oily which it normally isn’t unless I wear it the whole day. I wouldn’t buy the primer again, since I prefer the higher end products, but it was put to good use! Thank you for the free primer Chick Advisor!!

I was blown away!

I received this product to try out for free through Chick Advisor and I was a little skeptical about it. Natural product makeup usually doesn't work on me as I have super oily skin so the oils basically eat it all up. But this was amazing! It kept my oil controlled for a solid 6 hours before I even needed to think about blotting (I usually have to blot every hour on the hour), and my makeup lasted though a solid 12 hour wear time. There is a slight tackiness to the primer which I thought was going to grab the foundation, but it didn't at all!
I think this is going to be my new holy grail primer!

Not for me

Thanks chick advisor for sending me nude by nature. I tried the primer the texture and quality is amazing. It quickly absorbed in my skin. But my skin breakout after that. So It might be good for others but not for me. Im glad to try it out.

A New Go-To Primer?

I received this product from Chick Advisor through their Product Review Club. #gotitfree
I really enjoyed using this primer. It has a tacky/sticky consistency when it goes on the skin and then smooths out nicely. It did a good job filling in the larger pores around my nose. I also found that I didn't need to blot as much throughout the day as it kept my t-zone from getting too shiny.
I tried it with two different foundations(It Cosmetics CC Cream and The Ordinary serum foundation) and it worked well with both.
Some reviews mention the smell, and it does have a citrus smell (similar to the It Cosmetics foundations) but I didn't mind it. As far as primers go it's on the pricier side, and there are many good primers at the drug store. But the ingredients in the Nude by Nature products may be enough to convince me to purchase it.

Why does makeup have to smell so bad

I got to try out this product free from Chick Advisor. It went on smooth but as soon as I had it on I had to wash it off. The smell was just too strong! If there wasn't such a strong chemical scent i might try it again. #gotitfree #chickadvisor

New favourite non-silicone based primer!

I was over the moon to try Nude by Nature’s Perfecting Primer as it isn’t made with a silicone base which can be problematic for oily skin which is what I have. The primer glided on my face silky smooth and absorbed readily leaving no weird residue behind. It helped my foundation apply evenly without having to use a lot of product. Definitely recommend everyone to give this primer a try! You won’t regret it!
