Sadly disappointing

I received this for review and unfortunately am incredibly disappointed. I was really excited to try this. I love the concept of this company. I like the ingredients, packaging and how it feels. My make up initially applied very nicely. I am normal to dry skin type. A little oil on the tzone through the day. Not only does this not make my make up last, it completely breaks up. I have tried it multiple times now with 4 different foundations and 2 bb creams. It happens every time. I am using the rest of the product as a moisturizer for no make up days because it just doesn't work as a make up primer for me.

Unfortunately not a fan

I was so excited to try this primer because of all the god things I’ve heard about the company and the products, however this primer did not stand up to everyday wear. For the most part it kept my foundation looking fine, but wonder my eyes my concealer was being emulsified and looked runny and splotchy. I am not new to makeup and absolutely know how and where to apply, so this was very disappointing and a little embarrassing when I looked in the mirror after being out in public with smeary makeup. Sorry this was not a fave for me, however I haven’t written the brand off entirely, just not into the primer. Would still give their other products a try, as I still like what they’re all about ! 😜love these opportunities to #gotitfree with #chickadvisor

Not impressed at all. Doesn't do the job!

I found the Nude by Nature Perfecting Primer to be a huge disappointment. The product does not go on smooth, and requires far too much to cover your entire face area. In addition, the primer does a very poor job filling, and covering pores and blemishes/scars, as it's supposed to do.
I found that as soon as you put the primer on your face, it dries up too quickly, making it hard to smooth out and apply to your skin.
Moreover, the scent does not float-my-boat.
Nude by Nature Perfecting Primer does not meet up to a primers standards, regardless of its appealing natural ingredients and reasonable price.

High hopes turned to let down!

I had high hopes when I received this Perfecting Primer sample from ChickAdvisor, however, I was quickly let down.

I found the primer had a smell that I didn't care for really, but I tried to not hold that against the product. However, I then found that it didn't go on very smooth compared to other products I use, not to mention that I really didn't notice much of a difference. The price of this item is also not worth it in my opinion.

The only plus for this is that it is Cruelty Free, which I very much appreciate. So kudos for that!

I didn't notice a difference!

I was really excited to try this free from Chickadvisor. Unfortunately I was left disappointed. After using the product for a few days I never noticed a difference. I tried it with moisturizer and without and still I didn't feel like anything changed.

Besides the fact that I didn't find it worked I didn't find that it went on smooth as I would have hoped. I won't be purchasing this again.

Didn't work for me.

I loved the smell of this primer but it didn't work for me at all. It applied nicely on my face but it didn't give me the base I needed for my make up. I noticed no different at all unfortunately.

Meh

So I have a confession to make ... I don't use a primer. I use lots of makeup, and primers for my nail polish, and eye shadow, but never on my face.
I've tried a few and they always cause a break out. Some even make my face feel like it's burning until I scrub it off. I SHOULD use a primer as I have textured skin that's always shiny,
BUT I did try out this primer! Fortunately it did not cause a break out! But, it didn't help my textured skin, or my shiny face. I even tried using it on only half my face, so I could compare .... no difference at all. #gotitfree

Did not work for me

Unfortunately this product didn't work for me. I tried it twice, but it made my makeup look really streaky.

The smell was really nice, and the packaging is nice, but I would not buy it again. Thank you for the opportunity to test this product for free.

Didn't see a difference

I really wanted to like this primer. I love the idea and what this brand stands for, but I've been using this every day for the past 2 weeks and haven't seen any difference with longevity of my makeup, smoothness of skin - basically everything I look for in a primer. Also, I believe I was sent a sample, because the tube is SO small. There was no indication, but when I look on Nude by Nature's website it retails for $32 CDN so I really hope what Chick Advisor sent me for review is just a sample size and not a full size item (usually they sent full size which is what caught be off guard). Smashbox and NYX have the best primers (and NYX is half the price) that actually smooth out your skin and make your makeup last longer. Also the scent is of this could be nauseating if you're sensitive to strong smells like me. I got this for free from Chick Advisor (although like I said...I believe it's a sample??)

Not for me

I got this free to try from ChickAdvisor. I'm not a fan. It is very heavy and sticky when you put it on and I didn't notice any difference compared to not using a primer at all. Definitely will not be purchasing.
