Makes my face feel normal again

Every time I have ever use this my face feels cool and calm. When my face feels really stressed out I remove my make up and use this. Immediately my skin feels better. It seems to remove any residual make up that a regular cleanser may not remove As well! I have re-purchase this at least five times and will continue to.
