Strong mocha taste with a chewy texture

It's a firm bar, breaks apart nicely, is chewy on the inside, and it doesn't crumble at all. When you open the package, there's a very strong mocha coffee smell, and you manage to get a mocha flavour right when you bite into the bar. I find that this bar is a little on the bitter side, likely because it's going for the coffee-esque taste. I also find that this is less sweet compared to this brand's other flavours, so I wouldn't recommend this flavour if you have more of a sweet tooth. Overall, it's a pretty decent bar, and it's quite tasty. I did not find it overly sweet which was greatly appreciated. The dark chocolate brings a nice change compared to most protein bars. That said, I wouldn't necessarily call this a protein bar since it only has 10 grams of protein in it compared to 30 grams of carbohydrates.
