I like to use coconut oil as a healthier substitute in asian stir frys and dishes as it has a higher smoking point than other oils. I do not recommend using it in baked goods unless your batter is already hot, because the oil will get cold and harden and will not mix thoroughly in the the rest of the batter. A good tip for using coconut oil is if you're air popping plain kernels, if you mix a little bit of salt with coconut oil and mix it with the popcorn, it's better than cinema popcorn!

It smells like there actual coconut in it. Not many coconut oil have that fragrant smell. I definitely use it for everything... as a body mosturizer, makeup remover, leave-in hair conditioner... Everything!

This is hands down the best coconut oil in the market! I buy huge tubs of it at costco for a really good price. I use it on everything from my hair, a body moisturizer, to cooking, to my son's tush. Such a versatile product.
