Great product

I do not like or eat fish so I have been trying omega-3 supplements.
I enjoy that this supplement is just a spoonful of oil and move on with my day. It is easier than taking a pill and the lemon flavour is mild. When I looked at the label, I was stunned that this was a vegetarian supplement. No fish oil? This had me go to their website (listed on the product www.nutrasea.ca) to find what the vegetarian source of EPA and DHA. I found it is derived from algae.

The package has a third party pure check when you can put in the batch # from the bottle to see how much EPA/DHA was found in the testing. My product batch had EPA + DHA label claim: 500 mg and EPA + DHA test result*: 549 mg. It even lists 8 other tests (e.g. mercury, my batch had 0).

I am enjoying this product and recommend it.
