My husband and I decided to give NutriSystem a try, and I sure am glad we did. We have only been on it for a few days,. but so far all the food we have tried has been very good, and my husband is a terribly picky eater. It is wonderful to have portions all figured out, and we can get a month's worth of food for much less than if we bought it at the grocery. The support from the NutriSystem company is outstanding, and they help you with things like re-thinking why you are eating (are you really hungry or just bored or stressed?) and exercising to help your weight loss along. I am very happy so far and hope to lose a good chunk of weight before beach season hits. Highly recommended!
