NYC is usually a good budget brand of makeup. Unfortunately this product falls short. I have "brazen blue," which should be a really pretty metalic blue. I found that it is too thick to be effective, not wanting to got on my lids at all. It takes alot of effort to get it on, and once you do, it looks plain, way darker than shown, and not metalic at all. Being mechanical is better than wood, as you don't have to sharpen it, but it fell apart 2 weeks after I got it. Very cheaply made. Not worth buying.
