Beautiful Intense Black Eyeliner

This is an amazing liquid eyeliner! I use it for winging my eyeliner, because of the flexible tip it has. Since it does not have a brush type applicator with many bristles, it allows for a clean cat eye. It even applies perfectly over eye-shadow with its intense colour.
