Does nothing

The packaging of the NYC city proof anti-redness primer is quite nice - sleek, simple colours. There is 1oz product which is a good size. The primer itself is very liquid, comes out green but spreads out totally sheer, so I'm not really buying the anti-redness aspect. It feels very moisturizing and isn't sticky at all. It does seem to have a bit of a blurring effect. It isn't a terrible product, but I'm not just not seeing the anti-redness.
