Price is so low cost but the quality is great! Colour goes on smooth and blends well with my own brows

This is a great pencil eyeliner. I love it for everyday looks. It has great stay power but I do notice it sometimes smears a bit and I need to remove what has started to 'fall.' It's a great price, especially for everyday looks when you don't necessarily want to spend lots of money on it. It also offers a great smudged look!
