Its just ok, I wont be buying it again but thats not to say it was a waste of money. I really had some issues with the base and primer and found it to have a really overly greasy feel to it that I wasnt a fan of. Using just the shadows themselves however were fine and they were easy to blend so I did like that aspect. Plus NYC is the most affordable brand out there and the quality is great considering the price of the competation.
