I purchased the NYC Eyeliner because it was inexpensive and I didn't have a white eye liner in my makeupbag. It turns out you get what you pay for. Although it applied smooth and easy and gave a nice creamy look it needed to be reapplied less than an hour after I applied it. Im unsure if it's because I have watery eyes so possibly if they have a waterproof version it might be better for me. Although this product might be good for someone with less watery eyes it had no staying power for me.
