I've been using NYC liquid liner for almost a decade! When I first started using it, it wouldn't budge - come rain, tears, or sweat! They changed the formula at some point, I think, and it started to run. No bother - the price is right and it's easy to use and includes a great brush.

My holy grail of all eyeliners!! Honestly I can't recommend this enough, and I've tried sooo many high end ones from Sephora before finally giving this a try. It's super affordable, I usually stock up when I'm at Walmart as sometimes they are sold out. Lasts all day and the brush is easy to use. It's super wet though so make sure you remove some of the excess product otherwise it will get all over your lid!

New York Color cosmetics are really good. I like NYC Liquid Eyeliner in Black because of the flat tip. It is easy to apply, and you can do any style you want with it - be it a wing style or natural style.

This is an amazing go to eyeliner if your in a rush and can't get your ideal eyeliner. Works amazing and goes on super smooth. Does not look tacky or clumpy.

It's honestly one of the best eyeliners I've used and you can't go wrong with $2. It comes out incredibily black and it also applies amazing with the wand.
If I could change anything it would be the bristles on the wand as the hairs will sometimes fray to the sides, but apart from that it's amazing.

The NYC (New York Color) liquid eyeliner in the shade black, has got to be the best drugstore eyeliner that ever existed. This liquid eyeliner is one of the blackest eyeliners in the market. It provides you with a precision brush applicator, so that your eyeliner can be shaped the way you prefer. The brush is very soft and flexible, which makes application super easy. The formula of the eyeliner is also nice, aside from the eyeliner being very dark, it dries quickly and finishes with a matte finish. The only downfall to this liner is that the applicator is sort of long, however, the more you use the product, you will get used to the length of the brush and practice will make perfect. The best part about this eyeliner is the price, it is only $2-3 dollars depending on where you live. Although, this liner is a drugstore eyeliner, I would classify it as high end in terms of quality. I find this liner very similar to the Sephora liquid eyeliner, however it is only a fraction of the price. This liner can be found at Walmart and certain locations of Shoppers Drug Mart. This should be in everyone's makeup collection, as the price is beyond reasonable, the quality is to die for and it gives you the best results in achieving that ideal cat eye or any other look you are going for! I wear eyeliner everyday and I've tried others but for the price and for the quality this one can't be beat. Yes I do understand that liquid eyeliner is a tricky mistress and not everyone can do it but with practice this gives the cleanest line that last all day. I seriously love this so much I would marry it. The only downside is that the brush starts to get all frayed after a while. But its so cheap it can easily be replaced.

I love, love , love this liquid eyeliner! As someone who uses eyeliner every day, this is my go to product. I've tried many liquid eyeliners and I prefer the brush applicator to the 'pen' style. I feel like I have better control with this style. I would recommend it!
