Walmart had this product on for 2/$3 so a bought 2 to try it out. One of the shades is not one that I would normally wear but bought it for doing nail art. I love the fact that it dries really quick. It is great for when you are in a hurry. It didn't start to chip until a few days later, but I am hard on my nails. It did seem a bit thin when it first comes out of the bottle but it applies great. I'm going to be buying more in a few days.
I have to admit, it doesn't dry in a minute. But for the price, i can handle it. I love the colours, i have at least 5 of them. Not sure if i will buy again, but for someone on a budget, it does a good job.
I thought that this product was great. You needed to apply at least 3 coats but for the cost it was a great purchase.
This nail polish is slighty runny, I'd guess you'd say watery, it also chips away easily, too so it's not really that worth it
I saw this nail polish at WalMart for an amazing price, $1.99 CAD so I thought I'd try it out. The consistency is nice and thick, it does, in fact, dry in a New York minute. It lasted for about a week (cleaning, doing dishes etc) so I was impressed.
I bought 2 NYC nail polishes: one is Midtown, a nice magenta, and the other one is West Village, a pretty navy blue. For just a couple of bucks, I am amazed at how these nail polishes are effective. They lasted very a very long time (with top coat) and they didn't chip for 3-4 days. The colors are amazing, but I am sad that they are a bit hard to find in Montreal. I recommend it to every nail polish junkie like me!
I purchased this for 1.99 and I have to say it is awesome. It really does dry fast, even after the second coat. I love the color (a burgundy shade) and it lasts for about a week with minimal touch-ups.
This nail polish is very affordable. It works well and dries fast. I loved the variety of colors and it went on smoothly and easily.
I have this in Park Avenue which is like a deep plum colour, I thought it was grey when I was buying it for some reason but I'm so glad it isn't! It was really inexpensive and it works just as well as a lot of my more expensive nail polishes, definitely recommend it :)
Oops my description of the colour was really inaccurate :P It's actually more of a nudey grey but it looks really grey i the bottle. Google "park avenue nyc nail polish" for a better depiction.
I bought this nail polish in Madison Avenue (red). I ran out of my favourite OPI red nail polish (I'm a weirdo about colours, they have to be just right) and I really wasn't in the mood to pay $11 for another one. I'm a huge fan of matte red (not too orange, not too blue) nails so while I was browsing the nail polish section, I found a nice red nail polish by NYC. I opened it, painted a little swatch on my nail and continued looking for other ones. Not a minute later, I noticed that the nail polish was completely dry! I checked the price, $1.86!!! I thought it was too good to be true. I LOVE this colour. It's exactly what I was looking for. However, I was a bit skeptical because it was so cheap. I tried it out, put some top coat over it and a week later they still look perfect. I did dishes, cleaned, even sanded furniture and the polish didn't chip. If you're looking for the perfect red, buy Madison Avenue and if you're looking for more colours check out the NYC In A New York Minute Quick Dry Nail Polish line! I plan to get a whole bunch of colours!
